So I'm waiting for a mentor to ask this stuff to but as I don't have one I'm stuck with you lot. ;-)
They eat about a pound a day No known allergies, and I intend to use this menu every week. Anyway, does this menu sound ok?
Monday - Tuesday Whole 1.9 to 2.4 lbs Rabbit (In sections)
Wednesday 1lb Whole Quail
Thursday - Friday Whole G. Pig Whole Rat
Saturday AM - 1/2 lb Organ Puree (Cow, Turkey or Chicken) 1/4lb Heart 1/8lb Liver 1/8lb Other organ (Kidney, Spleen, tripe) PM - 1/2lb Chicken Necks, Wings and/or Thighs
Sunday AM - Mice Midday - Quail Chicks PM - 1/2 to 3/4 Whatever I have most of, or felt like buying at the store could be wings, could be cow tongue, or a new protein like pork, or a small whole prey like maybe more mice if any turn out to be successful hunters
Anyway, I haven't bought a large amount of anything yet, trying to plan a menu to buy around first... Any suggestions, advice, problems?

How many ferrets? Does your prey have it's insides or is it dressed? ciao

I have three ferrets. I have two boys and one girl. The prey includes insides, minus the stomach and large intestine. They would all include hair minus the guinea pig. The quail are plucked but not the chicks.

This menu is something that is for the future, or have they already eaten all of these items before?

This menu is something that is for the future, or have they already eaten all of these items before? They have eaten most of them. We still need to try g. pig and rats before fully commiting. If they don't work out I can sub in chicken which is the boys favorite thing in the whole world.
