Regarding the youngster - sure, introduce him to raw as soon as possible. You will have less problem than when converting him completely to raw.

No, she doesn't have her winter coat. Back in the summer, she was very fluffy and then suddenly slimmed down.
I'm hoping to get duck when we go to the asian market next week. Next monday I am getting ground deer

Alright now we have greyish looking poops, but not seedy. The other litterbox looked a little worse than the one in the picture. They had pork and beef chunks last night and pork and beef soupie this morning (made with beef liver instead of chicken). We also started using rescue remedy in their water and bonemeal instead of eggshells yesterday pic

It could be greyish due to more fat in the meat. Mine have similar looking poop after beef & pork How much bonemeal did you put in? Stella is normaly active and everything? If yes, I would not worry. On the picture she doesn't look too skinny and if she eats (even tough the amounts looks small), is ok.

So....ferret math, we have another ferret! Her name is Yara, she is 6-7 months old. Right now she is separated from the other ferrets until we can get a fecal done. She was brought back to the petstore because she wouldn't use a litterbox and they mentioned something about maggots...so I want to check for worms just in case. She has been terrified while at the store...she just shakes when you hold her she's weighs a little over 2 lbs and is already bigger than Summer and Stella. we've been fighting over the litterbox

haha! Congrats on new baby, looks really cute and I am sure she will fit in nicely. She was trough quite some stress in her short life and it is understandable she is scared atm, but in few days she will be ok. Give her lots of cuddles and gentleness and some help in form of rescue remedy. Yes, it is very wise to do fecal and earmites check before puting a new ferret into existing business. Since I am in charge for adoption program in our association this is a part of our procedure when accepting any newbies Regarding the litterbox - just give her a praise & treat every time she goes into it. How is she with food? On kibble or have you tried with a soupie yet? Ok ... back to the programe - lot's of people mistaken the size of the spoons, quite recently, I think it was last week, one of the girls from our association did the same mistake No problem, it is important you found it out and can change it. Btw, can you snap a picture of one of their meals - would like to see what is the ratio of soup/meat chunks

We got the fecal done today and no worms! So she is in with the business We haven't given her any kibble (she was on Marshalls) and she has eaten chicken, turkey, and pork soupies so far. As far as the meals go, we usually do soupie OR chunks though sometimes we will leave the soupie chunky. Right now it's really thin to get Yara eating Their poop is solid now after adjusting the bonemeal, normal? I saw some that was seedy too when I woke up this morning and they had pork and turkey yesterday

Glad that she is healthy! How did the introduction go?
Did you found out who of them and if is only one, has seedy poops? If not yet, try to pay more attention.
Ok, let's stay with the soup until Yara get used to it, than we will proceed to more chunks and less soup. How is Yara doing with soup? Do you have to feed her? She eats on her own?

Good, the others act like she's been there all along haha. I didn't see who it was, it was overnight. And we have to hold her to get her to eat it out of the bowl. They had beef soupie this morning

She ate on her own, we were just holding her. Right after I posted that she started eating from the bowl while in the cage though
