I discovered another raw supplier for Australia.
They mainly deliver in Brisbane, QLD, But they say it is possible for a delivery outside of the areas.

They've mentioned delivering to Melbourne, Townsville and Maryborough in their FQA. Yay, Maryborough is like an hour and a half away from me. So I'm quite happy since I've finally found a place to buy Turkey necks or duck wings in bulk. They even seem to have green tripe and an Roo/Goat Organ Mix.

We simply are a small family company who struggled to find a supplier of fresh raw preservative free meat for our animals and went about creating a place that has education /contacts and most importantly a fresh philosophy for our pets. Those that live outside the delivery area, we have delivered to Melbourne and as far north as Townsville, so delivery is possible so please enquire and we will sort through the logistics , sometimes this may take a couple of days and will get shorter the more we do, all these products are frozen before despatch.

Oh yes! And the prices are pretty good.

They gave me an example based on my postcode 3340. (Darley/Bacchus Marsh.)


I also emailed them a second time around and confirmed that all I need to do was email them a week in advance before I want to make an order.

They have a great selection. The nice thing is that you can save by ordering those hard to get items from them and buy the easy to find proteins in your grocery store.

I'd love to know what your stores are like. I wonder if google earth will take me to Darley?

Okay so I just ordered with Instincto.
Here's some steps to ordering with them if you aren't in QLD.
1- Send an email requesting a quote for your area.
2- Once you have a quote for delivery costs, go to the website and finish you're order.
Put the things you want in the cart and proceed to checkout. You would have received the following instructions from Instincto to get past the website.

Instincto are great with fast replies. They usually reply within the day.
The instructions are quite confusing at first. So what I will do, is I will do screen shot examples.
This is what is in the instructions they send you after you ask for a delivery quote.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCESSING OUTSIDE METRO BRISBANE AREA / INTERSTATE.

a) Transport Fee is established for product being sent. EG. $80

b) The website will add $10 to the completion of the transaction so deduct
$10 from the $80
$80 - $10 = $70

c) Go to Categories and Choose Delivery

d) Choose the code deladd5.00 then type in the QUANTITY required to get to the delivery less the $10. EG. 12 X 5 = 70, deladd5.00 = 12.
Remembering that the site will add $10 at the end.

e) Once the deladd has been completed, complete any purchases, remembering the 4 x 5kg of product fits into the polystyrene box that is  sent. We can fit about 1 – 2 kg of treats also depending on size or a box of flea treatment, as space is tight.

f) COMPLETE CHECKOUT INFO

g) Complete the relevant information whenever you are asked to fill in address follow the below.

a. IN FIELDS ADDRESS 1 AND ADDRESS 2. PLEASE PUT YOUR FULL ADDRESS INCLUDING SUBURB AND POSTCODE

b. In Fields CITY AND POSTCODE ALWAYS - CITY = BRISBANE
POSTCODE = 4000, REGION = QLD this way the site will believe it is a local delivery, and will allow you to proceed.

You may need to do this again if so do exactly the same in the
delivery details area.

c. FRESH SHIPPING – TRUCK DELIVERY $10.00 will come up

h) At this point please include any comments you wish to complete.

Yes... It can be quite confusing can't it..
I was going to post a very long screenshot step by step below this however it is very long, so I will post a thumbnail link instead.

Here's my instruction translation.

1. Click Browse Our Range.

2. Look around and explore. Add anything you want into your cart.

3. Once you have the things you want to purchase, click on 13.delivery.

4. I said to email in advance and get a quote on delivery costs to your area, so now is a good time to use it.
I will use mine as an example. The Turkey necks 14kg and Duck wings 12kg will need 2 x 20kg boxes which will cost me $57.50.

There are two things to choose here. DELADD2.50 and DELADD5.00.
Click on them once each and edit them in the shopping cart.
 
5. I need to use those to add it up to the total delivery price of $57.50.
Keep in mind you will need to leave $10 out for now. That is added on later on in the checkout process.
So for now, I will be going for $47.50. For that, I will need 9 x DELADD5.00 and 1 x DELADD2.50 to add up to my total price.  So what ever your price for delivery is, use those two options to add up to the total price. It can seem very overwhelming,  but it really is quite simple. Once thats done, Click on Checkout.

6. You will need to either register or checkout as a guest. So do which ever. I will be using guest for this example.

7. Here I have two red boxes. Keep in mind this part can be quite tricky. Be sure to fill out all the other details as well. Now, You have Address 1. For that insert your address. Example: 123 Fuzzyland Drive.
Then you have Address 2. For that insert your city, state and post code. Example: Melbourne, VIC, 3000.

Now for box 2. We need to trick the website into thinking its a brissy address, so you need to put Brisbane in the City, 4000 in the postcode, Australia for country, & QLD for state.

8. Now here's that $10 that gets added on. Click on truck delivery. That $10 is the final part for the total delivery cost. Its either this part that you can comment in the order, or on 9: so when you can do that, make sure to at least add your address just incase.

9.  Click on the payment method.

10. Now all you do is fill out your card info and confirm order to complete the order.
That's pretty much it.

If you receive and error when it comes to the address, play around until it allows it. Even change it alot if possible and write your address in the order comments. Also be sure to send an email as well just to be safe. Thats what I did, but it eventually worked out for me. ^^

I just got my Instincto order.

First thought "oh snap... how am I gonna fit it all in the freezer."
I've literally just unpacked the Turkey necks and Duck wings.
I have ALOT of photos. Well, maybe not alot but I have some good ones.
I also did manage to fit them in the freezer. There's more ferret food than human food in that freezer now LOL.

It took 10 days from ordering then for them to pack & freeze the bone in meats and then to shipping from QLD to VIC.  Honestly, it's worth it and of course, they're not super human so I couldn't think 2-3 days and BAM. 
I think it roughly takes 18 hours for the for the truck to bring it all down here from Brissy.
So roughly a 2 or so day trip. I'm so happy and excited for prepping tonight.

Brendan, Who was the guy who replies to emails, is fantastic.
He is very fast at replying during work hours and is very informative. 
I actually apologised because I was always sending emails since I was so anxious since its a first purchase for me.
I don't normally buy in bulk like this. In fact, I never in my life spent $167 on meat at one time before! so I was literally freaking out sometimes with worry. However when ever I sent an email, just to confirm that they had the correct address (probably 3 times, no 4 times.), he always reassured that everything was good and even updated me when i asked about how the order was going. (eg. Its in the freezer, being shipped tues/wed)
He said email as much as I like, so that really reassured me and shows great customer service in my opinion.
I'll be purchasing from them on a regular basis. Well, Not exactly Regular, but rather after I try this order out and see how long it lasts with my three, then I guess around every 4-5 months.

The boxes are SO heavy! It was to be expected since I did order like 26kg worth of bone in meat.
I managed by myself to get the boxes in from the front door. The courier left them at the front and I randomly checked to find them sitting there. No worries over anyone trying to steal them HAHA
I had to use a towel, which was my smart idea to move them down the hall to the kitchen to unpack.




I opened up the box to find styrofoam box inside. It was nice and chilly, obviously because they were still frozen but yet also partially beginning to thaw. Which I was so happy for because now I can prep two bags and store the rest for another prepping day!



I was happy to find some packing peanuts and thought "Wow free ferret gift and box too!"
But unfortunately when I inspected them, I automatically knew it was the styrofoam peanut, so definitely no no for my ferrets. They won't be needed here. However the boxes, hehehe yes. The ferrets will make a good use of playing in those so after I chuck the peanuts they can have the leftover box for playtime.



I pulled out the styrofoam box and ripped the tape off.  I see no point in being neat since I'm gonna be throwing those out anyway. Or possibly use as storage in the garage... who cares anyway, MEATS.

And would you look at that... Packed by luv-a-duck in victoria and yet I couldn't find these ANYWHERE. LOL
I found it so funny because I did find Luv-a-duck products locally, however it was always prepacked and marinated and VERY VERRRRY expensive.  (especially where I live.)

They're basically the ONLY duck products I could find. Well probably 2-4 out of the whole products they have on their website. I bet these fresh Duck wings were from one of their factories or something.
Oh I was just doing some googling while i'm typing this up and found out that these came from Luv-a-Duck Pty Ltd in Nhill, VIC. Thats in the ballarat region, near Horsham.

I also found this information regarding the ducks from Luv-A-Duck.

Where do the ducks live and how are they looked after?
Luv-a-Duck are very serious about the welfare of our ducks and to this effect have developed the following industry "best practice policies". Does Luv-a-Duck produce Foie Gras?
No. It is illegal to produce Foie Gras in Australia. However Luv-a-Duck livers are plump and full of flavour to use as a substitute in any recipe.

What do ducks eat?
Our ducks are fed a wholesome and balanced diet of grains.
There is constant access to fresh water and natural grain with no added hormones or unnatural stimulants or additives, for the ducks to feed from freely.

Are they given hormones?
Absolutely No! Growth hormones and antibiotics have been illegal in the Australian poultry and duck industry for over 50 years. The regulated term "no added hormones" is used as a statement and is not intended to infer that added hormones were ever used.

What breed of duck is it?
Strictly speaking it is a Luv-a-Duck, duck because it has been bred to produce a high content of lean tender meat in ratio to fat and bone.
To look at it, it is a White Pekin duck.
