Since the past few days of having Alice, my silver/white, and having her on raw I notice that her coat under her neck and chest has become very yellow.
I assume this is from oil production but is it due to stress from transitioning and if so does it go away after the GI tract balances out?

It's not likely to be stress. You were right about the oil production, it helps her coat grow new fur. She's a baby and still growing. It could also be getting close to your Fall and her undercoat has begun filling out for her new Winter coat.
I've seen a theory around that the dyes injected into chickens make for yellowing fur, but after observing my two Whites, it does seem to be a seasonal thing.

Sherlock's bib and his creamy white undercoat are also changing to a yellowish colour. He's 4 months now, so I'm hoping its just him growing fur and someday go back to white

They normally go yellow at this time of year ( non of my whole albinos are white lol neither are sandys or silvers lol its simple hormone release and oils in the coat even 12 week old kits have yellow heads due to rubbing on water bottles lol its nothing to worry about hope this helps take care bye for now Bev
p.s don't bath your baby or the yellowing will get worse

When I first got Marty, his fur was very thin, and he was bald in some places. A little while later, his skin started looking orangish yellow, and after some research I learned that its just hair growing back, and the color went away once the hair was visible.
