I have a lot of ferrets and it's so hard getting them all to eat the soup. I've tried everything some are eating but most are not. They love egg yolks but how can I get the more interested in the soup?? I've spoon feed and they eat when I make them but never attempt to try after. Any suggestions?

Have you tried lowering the spoon closer to the bowl as the eat until eventually the spoon is in the bowl. They think they are still eating from the spoon and this has worked for lots of ferrets. If you have tried that, have you tried adding their favorite oils to it? Or have you tried a sprinkle of crushed kibble or whatever they are currently eating on it?

First- how many ferrets in how many cages? I have found when I am helping to switch groups of 10 or more it is best to get all on soup then concentrate on groups of 2-3 through a full switch, then the next group etc

I've tried the kibble but then they just eat the kibble and the ones that eat soup eat around the kibble it's weird. There is 8 of them in the big cages

Is the kibble crushed? You can sprinkle it on the food and then they have no real way of picking it out, they have to lick at it and they will accidentally eat soup too.
