So, my ferrets have been on their natural diet for about 3 weeks now, and I am so excited to say that he has put on some weight! I am extremely happy. I want to world to know! His energy level hasn't gone down, but he's able to play longer too! He still has his little aggressive out bursts, but this is extremely good news! Its just soupie, but I am happy to see him better now. That is all  |

His fur is getting better too! Still underweight, but much better! I could just dook I'm so happy <3

More good news! JAKIE HAS GIVEN ME AND MY FIANCE KISSES FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS! It has been two days in a row now that he has gone back to face kissing. I cannot believe this. I don't think another ferret in my household will ever eat anything but raw EVER AGAIN!
I am an extremely happy mommy right now! The world is giving me a break (and my babies too!)

You can kinda tell in the picture in my signiture that he's feeling better ^.^ I just love that he's getting at least a little better ... My goal for the week is to find a vet that will give him an implant and not try to rape my soul and all its worth in the process ...  |

I have an appointment for Jake next Thursday at 8:30 for his DES implant (if they can get it in!) $260 out the door! Excited and nervous ...

So, our new vet is trying to find us a DES implant as he was unable to get one for us. He is looking all over the state, but if it comes down to it, we will be the first to get it in three weeks (as soon as he gets it in he will be getting us in). Haven't even met this vet, but he is trying really hard to get Jake what he needs! Feeling blessed |
