MDF is a company here in Canada they cater to raw feeding pets. MDF stands for Mountain Dog Food but they also do Cat food. I have a 3lb block of Alpine Chicken that was given to me. The company totes all raw and natural. The Alpine food is just ground chicken and bone, no organs, supplements or fruits and veg. I don't see a problem with feeding it to my guys but thought to get your opinion. I posted a link to their webpage below. www.mountaindogfood.com/whyraw.html

I'm pretty new, so I may be wrong, but I wouldn't think feeding JUST that would be okay since there are no organs in it. My understanding is that ferrets need organs and muscles like the heart in order to have a properly balanced diet. I think it would be okay as a part of a meal plan, like on days when you need just muscle meat or bone-in meat (maybe - it might be better to have whole bones to chew on) but I don't think it could be your only food source. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me.

Oh yes I know I mean it as a base protein meat and bone, I add organ and heart myself with occasional egg, and oils.

Depending on the product mountain dog can be really good I use their turkey hearts and turkey livers on a regular basis as they are also organic.
