In January I'm going to be moving to Mount Pleasant to go to CMU...I made a list of about 8 apartment complexes that say they are 'pet friendly!' to call and ask about ferrets...only half of them would allow ferrets! I'm pretty sure a ferret who is caged while I'm away and supervised when I'm home has less potential to be destructive than a dog or cat who is free range all the time...UGH. At least list your stupid pet restrictions on the site so I don't have to waste my time. Has anyone else had a lot of trouble finding ferret-friendly apartments?

Can you just say it is a small kitten?

I don't want to lie and pay for it later. A lot of people seem to suggest that but to me it just sounds like a recipe for having to rehome your ferret down the road.
