Our dogs were a few days late getting their flea pill in and so we had a little flea problem with them, but they got their pill yesterday and i think they're off the dogs but I saw one in my room, I check the ferrets every day and don't see any, and usually we never have flea problems so they ferrets haven't had flea medicine in a long time, but 2-3 years ago I bought a bottle of flea spray for the ferrets as recommended by my Vet, I think I still have it but, should I use it? I'm washing my sheets, using bug spray on my rug and around the corners of my room and doing all the ferrets laundry and spraying the rest of the house, but if they don't have fleas should I spray them anyway?
I've combed them and checked them thoroughly and no fleas are there, but I was wondering what you guys use for yours or if you use anything? Around here we gets fleas and ticks really bad, I live in the middle of no where and it's been rainy and hot and they are all over the place, but we spray the yard too in order to keep them away. I know our shelter uses advantage kitten flea meds that go on the back of their neck, I used it twice then found the flea spray, and you do I think 1-2 sprays for every pound. It lasts for 1 month.

I use Revolution, the dose meant for kittens who are less than five pounds.
