I noticed winn dixie had almost 3 lbs of pork sirloin for $8 there is not a nutrition label on it. I've learned my lesson on buying things unless I know for sure. Does anyone know if it's added salt?

I meant to add has anyone tried lamb with their little ones? It seems to go on sale a lot here 1lb was only $3 I just wanted to stick with what I know they would eat today.

If it was anything besides just the meat, I'm sure they're legally required to list the ingredients. You can always ask one of the employees in the meat department though.

It should say somewhere on the package "enhanced", "brined", or "flavour" if salt is added.

Lamb is usually expensive, if it goes on sale then buy some. Lamb is a red meat and high in Iron and Vitamin B. You want a red meat meal in their weekly menu.

It goes down to half off so it's only $2.50 a pound the lamb chops go down to $2 I was thinking it as a everyone once in awhile thing to mix it up for them. I think usually it's about $7 for a pound or a chop.
