Mine love Cod and shrimp. Smelt is a good choice. I would stay away from fish that has high levels of mercury, like Tuna. It's best to stick with the smaller freshwater types of fish.
Fish should only be fed once a week and their poos will also be smellier.

OK treat idea then. No horrid smelly poos. We salt water fish a lot so that knocks that out. Worth a ask instead of giving them something bad.

The fishing is something that I miss, now that we live in Tennessee. When we lived in St. Petersburg and had a boat, Paul would go out and fish alot. There is nothing like fresh tuna, amberjack, and grouper. Yummmm.....

Grouper is so good. I havent tried any of the others yet. We are hoping to snag a walk around cuddy with ac so wed be able to take our ferrets to a private beach next year i really want our older ones to experience everything they can. Hmm boat travel cage for the cabin will be intresting. For now its just some saltwater catfish in the bay in comfy chairs at night, But still so much fun.
