Which of these two quails can I feed prime English or ex-layer ?
Prime English Quail are bread in certified hatcheries in the United Kingdom. Prime Quail are smaller and contain less fat than Ex-layer Quails. This is raw animal food only. Not for human consumption.
Ex-layer English Quail are bread in certified hatcheries in the United Kingdom. The Ex-layer Quail can be larger and contain more fat than a Prime Quail. They may also contain eggs. This is raw animal food only. Not for human consumption.

I'd do the ex-layer quail if I could get them. The older they are the more nutrients they have and extra fat, not to mention the possibility of an egg bonus is just to much to pass up.

I'd guess you could feed both. Just a matter of preference. Bonus eggs inside would be pretty great though!

When feeding Quail do you have to do anything with it ? Do they eat the feathers ?
