yeah, it is always chicken wing. I'll try turkey neck though since you said wings are unpopular.

My new favorite to watch is them shake the piece of meat to break it up. I have a video of it, if you don't know what I am talking about.
I am gradually increasing the cube size.

Oh yes, I am familiar with the grab, growl, SHAKE. I have one guy who will wedge something between the cage bars for extra leverage so he can tear at it. Others have learned to brace with their paws. I find wings to be a difficult meat, lots of people use them and say their ferrets like them. Mine not so much, its too big a thing without cutting it up/too much work seemingly, they love the tips but that's about it. My guys prefer denser, smaller chunks they can lay down and just chew on after munching the meat off- neck bones, tail bones, rip tips, scraps of larger bones etc. I cut up pig tails and chicken/turkey necks and those seem to work well for new switches in my house along with the wing tips.

They didn't like the turkey wing tip or the turkey offals. I am going to keep trying with the neck. I have some of the liver and gizzards mixed with the chicken.
I gave them some pumpkin and egg as a treat.
Hope you guys had a wonderful thanksgiving.

We did, food was great Kids are getting a turkey neck and giblets today as a treat. Might be able to try using pumpkin or egg on the bone in pieces to get them to gnaw on it.

Great idea. I'll put egg on the turkey neck.

Let me know how that goes. If that still doesn't get them to eat the bone, I'll see if some of the other mentors have any different suggestions to try.

Hmm alright then let me discuss this with the other mentors. Have you tried any kind of bone beyond chicken wings in case they ask?

Ok, so I've gotten some good feedback already from the other mentors and there's a few more things we can try.
You can try cutting the wings (or a drumstick) up and smashing the bones with a hammer or breaking them open to expose the marrow and see if that interests them. You could try buying a cornish game hen (basically a small small chicken) or quail and try cutting that into pieces- the bones are softer and easier to manage.
How big are the chunks of meat they are eating currently? How big are the bone pieces you have been trying to feed? Ideally a picture with something for size reference would help. Chicken/turkey necks cleavered up into small (small!) pieces may work.

Are the chunks with bone the same size as what's in the picture? Bigger? Smaller?

The bones are bigger. I can't really chop the bone.
