A bit blurred picture. My ferret feasting on a whole mallard. I use a old mice cage without a lid. Usually the food will stay in the plastic box so i dont have to start looking for old food and feathers everywhere.

I like the little saying on bottom picture. Can you tell us about your ferrets---is one an angora? I have never seen a ferret like the black one .
Nice pics.
What are some of the foods you feed? Interesting to know what people feed in different countries.

Interesting to know what people feed in different countries. The steel/silver mitt coloured ferret is an angora boy. All others are standard hair type, including the black one. I guess I should make a separate topic about my ferrets - I don't think it's a good idea to spam in this one (UPD: made it: holisticferret60.proboards.com/thread/22151/ferret-living-saint-petersburg-russia)I feed: mice (sizes: large, x-large, weaned, hopper), rats (fuzzy, pup, weaned, medium-sized grown-ups), hamsters (all sizes), quail (all sizes), rabbits with some addition of duck, turkey. One-day-old chicks as a snack. Salmon - in autumn and spring when ferrets are changing coats. Beef and pork rarely comes into their menu.

My baby boy Loki is getting into his first bite of raw meat (thinly sliced chicken liver)! He wasn't interested until I held it up to his mouth with a spoon. I think my boy might be high maintenance. Lol

Before I started measuring, about three weeks after I got them. They were 17 and 18 weeks (whippet female to the right is 17 weeks, bulldog male to the left is 18 weeks in this pic) and are eating chicken livers. Aircraft flew overhead and startled Adam, but Jippa didn't care lol This was also about 3-5 days after I got them to a raw diet.

Got this little girl at 7 weeks old and was worried transitioning her to raw was going to be a battle. It absolutely was not! She loves it. Chicken wing face! http://instagram.com/p/BhUfJPpFSPJ

Athena's Chicken Backs (she won't be sharing): My favorite picture of all time, even though it is an oldie (back when I first added Ares and Apollo to our business), Athena and Ares having some Pork:

Athena's Chicken Backs (she won't be sharing):
Do you give the boney ribs? If so how do you cut it? Kind of scared to serve it.

lycorisousa did they finally get into it on their own, or did you have to open it up?
