Just a note on the conversion. 15/35 *100 = 42.9% protein Hope the math made sense and hope your baby gets better! Thank you SO much! I finally understand...and realize how wrong my thinking has been regarding protein! So, doing that math... there is 34.3% fat in his food? If that is right...is that enough fat for a wuzzle? Im hoping that after this "set" of stones are removed...that he will be on the raw only, with the stone powder...and we will get to see if that will help keep them d*mn rocks away. Here I go to feed said critters!

Also one other thing- since the raw is wet he will get moist of his moisture from that. No need to "salt" it. That's how they get animals drinking when they eat kibble. Extra salt is put into the food. Which in turn increases the chances of cystine stones: pennstatehershey.adam.com/content.aspx?productId=117&pid=1&gid=000346Eating less salt can also decrease cystine release and stone formation.Ya know, I didnt feel right doing the salt thing...so Im glad I read your link. No more salt! Nada!

Well, Simon is back from surgery and doing great! Yellow pee has never made me happier! He is now starting from scratch, stone free. We are still going to do the Nature's Variety raw medallions and the stone powder to see if that will help inhibit growth. Thank you for all of your prayers and healing thoughts...it worked!
